Actual Crimes:
Annoying people and probably tresspassing and lying? He's just a school boy.

Mental Crimes:
He feels like he's betraying his brother and realises he's been cruel in the past. Only the brother stuff keeps him awake at night though. He just feels bad because he's tried to push his twin away so they can grow an individuals, but at the same time he keeps needing and relying on his brother and having trouble letting go.

Nah, he never got that far with Hikaru :|

Telepaths
While he keeps a lot of his thoughts secret, he doesn't really have any reason to have a defense against it, though he can be strong willed and stubborn at times. His thoughts are often about boredom or his brother.

Kaoru would smell of fabric and sweets like his brother, but also a little maple syrupy.

Kakashi
He has no powers at all, but I dare Kakashi to mimic the boys as they mimic each other XD

Probably easy if it's fun, I imagine his stubborn nature would drag him out of the influence if it was about to harm someone he liked or...he just got bored.
